A vicious breed of Tiger with purple scales and an odd face. Its bright yellow eyes shine atop its wolf-like snout, but it does not have the dog nose like most other Tigers. Cabaloses are known to turn on their owners and thus many of the Monster Associations have restrictions about raising them.
It is no surprise that Cabaloses are featured prominently as Baddies in the anime series, attacking and burning villages to the ground to spread chaos for Master Moo.
Etymology[]
Its name is a mistranslation of the Japanese word keruberosu, a reference to Cerberus, a massive three-headed hound in Greek legend said to guard the gates to the underworld.
