A street-smart breed of Mogi that wears a white sock cap and a puffy blue jacket, and has black fur. Later it is renamed and redesigned to look almost the same, but have a red jacket instead. It is never without its dark sunglasses. Some think because of its fur color it has a Monol sub-type.
Etymology[]
Originally named for its black fur color.
Later it is named hooligan, a violent young troublemaker, typically one of a gang.
Its Japanese name in Monster Rancher Advance 2 is Fūrigan (フーリガン).
