A cool type of Monol that has a jelly inside, but an outside that is frozen like a block of ice. Its power to radiate cold is uncommon for the Jell sub-type, and it is known to give off a powerful mint odor.
Etymology[]
Named for the fact that it looks like the item Ice Candy, and is cold like ice. Its Japanese name is Aisukyandi.
