A very powerful monster that wears an angelic white robe with gold stitching, and a golden staff with wings on it. It may have a Gali sub-type, but many do not believe it can possibly be a Joker. It is indeed an angel of death, however.
Etymology
ArchReaper is a reference to the term Archangel, one of the highest levels of angels.
